Good evening.
Tomorrow is the first day of the seminar.

If you haven’t already booked your place and wish to do so you still have time, but please ensure you call or email the school first. I am particularly looking forward to teaching it; I have mentioned it already, but there is so much information which is so rarely taught that you will be missing out if you are not there...
To add a little to what I have already written, the seminar will be extremely tiring, both mentally and physically (as the people who attended last year will testify). However, this should not put you off, rather the opposite - knowing the techniques is simply not enough; you must make them part of your body. To have the best possible chance in a real situation the principles must be engrained both in your mind and your reactions ‘written’ into your nervous system. The method of training is, therefore, also highly specialised to ensure that this happens, and will cover along with it the psychology of overcoming the fear of the situation. As I have alluded to before, I am not here to ‘entertain’ (although I believe that the training is fun), I am here to make sure that the students get the best possible outcome from the time that is invested.
If you not make the all the seminar you are welcome to attend one or more of the days. However, for the best training effect I would, of course, recommend attending the whole.
