Good morning.

 

I would like to wish everyone the very best on this special day. Aside from its religious significance, it is one of those rare days where we can actually stop and appreciate the people around us. Life is so fast moving nowadays that we hardly ever have a moment to concentrate on giving rather than receiving. Personally it is also one of only two days in the year that I don’t teach (although I do still try to get away for a quiet hour to train )

 

A thought should also go out to those that are alone this Christmas, for what ever reason. If you do get the chance to help there is never a better time than this. Also a thank you should go out to all those people that are working today and tomorrow to ensure that everyone can have their special day.

 

My only advice is don’t eat too much, watch the alcohol intake and make the most of this time.
