For those students who haven’t brought back their seminar questionnaire forms (and I know a lot of you have) please ensure that they are filled in and put in the box provided by early next week. In order to help our students plan their time, the instructors and myself are aiming to be able to announce the dates of the forthcoming seminars by the restart of classes in the New Year.

 

In the last two years I have taught over 10 seminars and during this time I have covered almost all the topics that I felt was needed for the students – from defence against weapons to Biu Jee and Chi-Gerk. I am, therefore, happy to receive feedback from the students as to which topic they feel would benefit them the most in 2008. I also feel I should point out that it is quite rare (particularly in Chinese martial arts) that students get a chance to voice their opinions and it would be shame to waste it.
