The art of Wing Tsun is prominent throughout the world; made famous by Bruce Lee, it was created as the highest form of Shaolin Kung Fu and its origins date back over 300 years. The practicality of Wing Tsun is highly revered, and has been incorporated in to the training of many elite Special Forces, Bodyguards and Police personnel.
Our schools are unique in a number of ways:
1. We are the only schools in Western Europe teaching the traditional and authentic Chinese Wing Tsun Kung Fu. From basic applications to an in-depth understanding of the Muk Yan Chong (Wooden Dummy), Saam Sing Chong (3 star kicking dummy) and Chi-Kung Siu Nim Tao (health form), our knowledge is unrivalled outside Eastern Europe and Hong Kong.
2.
We not only teach the authentic art, but we do so according to the ancient traditions of the art; the etiquette, principles and background of the art are foundations of the schools. We additionally give students the possibility to learn the
philosophical, spiritual and health aspects of the art.
3. Our schools are selective. It is important for students entering the martial arts to understand that not every martial art is for every person; a martial art must suit a person’s temperament and personality. We meet each student personally to find out whether Wing Tsun is the right art for them. If this appears to be the case the prospective student is then given a free trial period to try out the classes.
